Standard Services

The standard service is an annual service arrangement and will include the following:

  1. Provision of Job Descriptions and Person Specifications for all posts.
  2. Development of Contract of Employment Templates which cater for your needs.
  3. Provision of key HR Policies and Procedures e.g.
    1. Grievance
    2. Discipline
    3. Health and Safety
    4. Maternity/Paternity Leave
    5. Management of Sickness Absence
    6. Capability issues

The aim of the Standard service is that it provides a minimum set of HR Policies and Procedures which are customised to the needs of your organisation and are compliant with relevant Employment Legislation.

Job Descriptions and Person Specifications are essential when recruiting for any post and these form part of the contract of employment that individuals have with the employer.

These can also play a key role if an employee pursues matters at an Employment Tribunal.

It is therefore important that employers have up to date Job Descriptions and Person Specifications and contracts of employment for all their staff.

Prestige Services

The Prestige Service is for employers that require a higher level of support than that offered by the Standard Service and provides in-depth support and assistance to effectively manage employment issues within the workplace.

The type of support and assistance that will be provided will include the following:

  1. Produce and maintain Job Descriptions and Person Specifications.
  2. Produce and maintain Contracts of Employment.
  3. Provision of on-site HR surgeries.
  4. Provision of general HR advice and guidance by telephone or e-mail.
  5. Undertaking HR audits to ensure that the employer is compliant with its legal employments obligations.
  6. Support to deal with employee Grievances.
  7. Support to deal with Disciplinary Investigations and Hearings.
  8. Provide advice and guidance to employers on how to deal with issues such as
    1. poor performance
    2. absence from work
    3. termination of employments
  9. Review and development of customised HR Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation.
  10. Dealing with appeals against dismissal and any correspondence with the Employment Tribunal.
  11. Drafting of all necessary documentation and letters to manage a wide variety of employment issues.
